Their fructose percentage is nearly sixty percent – as anybody with a sweet tooth and affection for healthy snacks should already know. Grapes get harvested when they are fully ripe and are immediately dried in the sun afterwards, until their degree of moisture meet twenty percent. Or should we say superbly saccharine?
